We are hiring for a Digital Marketing Manager for Blackmores based in Sydney. 

 

Purpose of role: 

 

This role reports to the Group Digital Marketing Manager and is responsible for leading how our brand reaches and engages with the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) consumer online; ensuring alignment with our brand’s strategic goals, brand plan and priorities. This role works closely with our Blackmores brand marketing team and the wider Group Digital team to ensure delivery of digital media and creative strategies online and evaluation of our digital campaigns.  

 

This role is Sydney based and can work out from either Sydney offices - in Surry Hills and Warriewood 3 days per week and while the remaining 2 days can be working from home. 

 

 

Responsibilities include:  

  • Develop and implement the ANZ digital marketing plan, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and digital priorities. 

  • Plan, execute, and optimise digital media campaigns across channels including paid media, SEM, social, YouTube, and retail media. 

  • Lead campaign measurement, reporting, and ROI/ROMI analysis, including ownership of the digital performance dashboard. 

  • Drive digital innovation, owning the AU Test & Learn agenda and embedding insights into future planning and creative development. 

  • Manage the digital media agency ecosystem, ensuring high‑quality delivery and strong collaboration. 

  • Oversee development of digital paid media assets (brand communications), ensuring alignment to campaign key visuals, audience insights, and creative frameworks. 

  • Partner with Brand, Content, and Insights teams to improve brand health metrics through effective digital activity. 

  • Manage digital media budgets, including financial tracking, optimisation, and invoice processing.

Who are you?  

  • At least 5 years’ or more of work experience in media or digital marketing roles (client‑side or agency‑side). 

  • Proven experience planning and executing digital paid media campaigns (digital advertising, SEM/discoverability). 

  • Strong understanding of paid media metrics and measurement frameworks. 

  • Experience managing agencies and working within an integrated media/digital ecosystem. 

  • Skilled in using audience data to inform targeting, planning, and optimisation. 

  • Experience creating brand communication assets for paid media channels. 

  • Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset, with advanced data analysis skills. 

  • Experience working in a digital or media agency is highly valued.
