  • Collaborate with senior team members to translate campaign briefs into actionable tasks and backlog items.

  • Support audience segmentation and journey setup using AEP and AJO, ensuring alignment with personalisation strategies.

  • Document and apply best practices for targeting and personalisation, while actively learning advanced techniques.

  • Assist in A/B and multivariate testing, monitor campaign performance, and contribute to insights reporting.

  • Ensure compliance with data integrity and consent requirements, escalating issues to senior team members.

  • Help maintain dashboards and reports to track campaign performance and share findings with stakeholders.

  • Participate in campaign planning sessions and retrospectives, contributing ideas and learning agile practices.

  • Stay informed on Adobe platform updates and digital marketing trends, sharing learnings with the team.

  • Engage in continuous learning and development, seeking mentorship and training to build expertise in Adobe tools and digital marketing strategies.

Your Capability and Experience

  • 1–2 years’ experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, or marketing technology platforms.

  • Basic understanding of campaign workflows and personalisation concepts across digital channels (email, SMS, web, app).

  • Experience working in collaborative environments, preferably with some exposure to Agile practices.

  • Interest in data-driven marketing, with foundational skills in interpreting performance metrics and reporting.

  • Effective communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and learn stakeholder engagement.
