About the opportunity

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing the digital strategy of Steadfast Group to support business return expectations, communicate the value and relevance of core products and services to Steadfast broker network via digital channels, and support the delivery of digital projects via our digital technology stack - from initial conception to final delivery.

 

As the key liaison between stakeholders, designers, developers, and the project team, you will ensure the successful delivery of digital project outcomes.  

 

This role will be responsible for overseeing marketing technology including managing our website CMS, social media governance, email marketing platform, data tracking and SEO platforms. This role will span across multiple brands and will work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve business outcomes. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Digital Marketing Manager to implement measurable and focused digital marketing strategies.

  • Drive strong engagement with Steadfast Network Brokers marketing team.

  • Provide support on websites and intranets, including identifying opportunities for UX design enhancements, content management, setting up website experimentation and personalisation, conducting A/B tests, triaging platform issue resolution and reporting.

  • Work with all data analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager etc. 

  • Working closely with agency partners.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments and team members.

 

Skills and Knowledge

  • At least three years’ experience in digital marketing.

  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively.

  • Intermediate skills in content management systems, email platforms and a basic understanding of a wide range of digital marketing technologies.

  • Strong people skills and ability to confidently build relationships and present and report to stakeholders.

  • Solid time management skills and ability to manage a diverse portfolio of stakeholders.

  • Experience in digital marketing, preferably in a coordinator or similar role. 

  • Proficiency with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify). 

  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, HubSpot)

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics). 

  • Extremely high attention to detail.
