About the Role

The Digital Marketing Lead is a technical, performance-driven role responsible for driving marketing efficiency and lead client acquisition across Endeavour Foundation’s entire digital ecosystem.

Reporting to the Digital Performance Manager, this role acts as the engine room for digital optimisation and as a trusted second-in-command (2IC). The primary focus is identifying friction, gaps and growth opportunities across digital touchpoints and using data, user insights and experimentation to continuously improve conversion rates and performance outcomes.

This role is best suited to a digital marketing generalist with broad exposure across CRO, analytics, website optimisation, email lifecycle journeys, CRM, UX and paid media, who is confident working hands-on while also thinking strategically.

You do not need to be a master in every discipline. What matters is strong core capability in CRO and analytics, supported by solid, practical experience across the wider digital stack, and the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas in plain language.

Website Optimisation

  • Identify opportunities for improvements and at times, deliver hands-on simple website optimisation, including page updates, layout adjustments and content structure improvements
  • Brief more complex changes with our Digital Lead and ICT teams
  • Apply accessibility (WCAG), UX and performance best practice across all optimisation work

Email Marketing & Client Lifecycle Journeys

  • Improve lifecycle journeys to keep leads engaged and moving through the funnel
  • Monitor and optimise performance of email and automation programs
