Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive eCommerce growth, digital advertising performance, and customer acquisition. This hands-on role is ideal for a commercially focused marketer with strong experience across paid media, Shopify, and conversion optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta campaigns to drive growth and ROI.
• Support eCommerce performance across Shopify, landing pages, and customer journeys.
• Monitor campaign performance, conversion rates, lead quality, and sales outcomes.
• Develop and test audiences, creative, offers, and campaign strategies.
• Build and optimise CRM, email automation, and customer nurture campaigns.
• Use analytics, tracking, and AI tools to improve marketing performance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and eCommerce platforms.
• Experience with Shopify, GA4, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with a focus on measurable results.
• Confident using AI tools to improve efficiency and campaign performance.
