Job Title:Β eCommerce Content Manager
Location: Sydney
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented eCommerce Content Manager to drive and execute online content strategy across a premium retail environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in digital content, customer journeys, and eCommerce optimisation.
Responsibilities
- Manage the quality and execution of all eCommerce imagery, video, and digital content
- Coordinate product shoots and ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines
- Develop and optimise personalised customer journeys across digital channels
- Work closely with digital and marketing teams on SEO, GEO, and CRO initiatives
- Analyse customer journey performance and provide regular reporting and insights
- Support A/B testing and ongoing website content optimisation
Qualifications
- Previous experience in eCommerce content, digital marketing, or online merchandising
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, personalisation, SEO, and CRO
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail with a strong eye for brand presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office and digital content platforms
