The Ecommerce Trade Coordinator plays a key role in bringing our ecommerce strategy to life, supporting the day-to-day trading of the website and partnering closely with merchandising to understand what’s driving performance and where we can do better. Take ownership of the operational side of ecommerce across the Petstock Group website, keeping a close eye on performance across markets and ensuring the site runs smoothly, feels seamless for customers, and continues to improve engagement and conversion.

What you will be doing (You daily adventures)

• Supporting the rollout of ecommerce campaigns and trade activity on site

• Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to improve conversion

• Managing day-to-day trading across multiple brands and markets

• Analysing results to understand what’s working and recommending improvements

• Continuously refining the onsite experience to make it easy and engaging

• Partnering with merchandising to ensure the right products are in the right place

• Keeping an eye on site performance and flagging issues early

What You will Bring to the Table

• A knack for numbers you are comfortable pulling insights and sharing what matters

• The ability to spot opportunities others might miss (yes, even tiny ones)
