eCommerce Trade Lead – Home Interior

We are seeking a commercially driven eCommerce Trade Lead – Home Interior to drive online performance across one of Spotlight’s key category areas. Focused on ecommerce trading, category performance, and customer experience, you will ensure our online customer journey is commercially optimised, easy to shop, and aligned to key trading moments.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on using data, customer insights, and ecommerce best practice to identify opportunities, improve sales performance, and deliver an elevated website experience.

About You

You are commercially minded, data-led, and highly organised, with a proven track record in ecommerce trading, online category management, or retail trading. Confident working cross-functionally, you know how to interpret performance metrics and convert those findings into actionable results.

• Experience: Proven background in ecommerce trading, online category management, digital commerce, or retail trading with strong digital exposure.
• Technical & Commercial Acumen: Skilled in website trading, onsite merchandising, campaign execution, and category performance analysis.
• Metric-Driven: Strong understanding of core ecommerce metrics including sales, conversion rates, AOV, and gross margin.
• Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to turn raw data and insights into immediate commercial actions.
• Stakeholder Management: Outstanding communication skills with a track record of building effective relationships across departments.
