With a number of exciting projects in pipeline, we are looking for an eCommerce Trade Manager to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract and help us become leaders in digital innovation.

The Role You Could Play
 

As the eCommerce Trade Manager, you will play a key role in delivering annual sales target through merchandise trade and content strategy. You will partner closely with Brands & Buying, Brands & Marketing, Performance Marketing and CRM teams to build robust online strategy and drive ongoing innovation for the MECCA website experience.

You will be responsible for:

  • Deliver eCommerce category annual sales target through merchandise trade and content strategy
  • Partner closely with Brands & Buying, Brands & Marketing, Performance Marketing and CRM teams to build robust online category strategy
  • Drive ongoing innovation for the MECCA website experience
  • Lead key projects related to digital strategic initiatives to optimize our customer journey and drive trade
  • Build commercial culture within the eCommerce Merchandise & Content team
  • Deliver the MECCA in-store category customer experience online


What You Will Bring
 

You will have extensive experience in trade/online merchandise with exposure to digital/marketing and sound commercial acumen, highly numerate and excellent planning & analytical capabilities.
 

You will also be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor and develop team members
  • Outstanding organisational and planning skills with ability to multitask effectively
  • Ability to manage and present to stakeholders at all levels across the business
  • Experience in using analytical tools to draw insights and report on website performance Google Analytics is highly desirable
  • An understanding of SEO
     

You will have a customer-centric approach and a good understanding of trends in the retail market, beauty industry and eCommerce space as well as a proactive approach to developing new ideas, improvements and solutions.
