As a Programmatic Specialist, youβll play a pivotal role in managing CM360 and DV360 campaigns, troubleshooting platform challenges, and building strong client relationships. You will have exposure to the full programmatic lifecycle, from onboarding to strategic advisory, in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Own and optimise programmatic campaigns using CM360 and DV360, ensuring seamless execution and performance.
Troubleshoot platform issues confidently, providing swift resolutions without hand-holding.
Analyse campaign data and deliver strategic recommendations to improve performance.
Ensure accuracy in campaign setup, billing, and reporting, maintaining high data integrity.
Project manage new client onboarding, ensuring seamless integration into programmatic platforms.
Confidently lead monthly check-ins with clients and Quarterly business reviews, delivering actionable insights and optimisation opportunities.
Solving for business and marketing objectives through technology solutions and architecture frameworks.
Act as a strategic advisor, helping clients navigate the complexities of programmatic advertising. Stay ahead of industry trends, and programmatic best practice.
Maintain and update programmatic supply solutions, including inventory and yield management.
Working in a dynamic team to solve complex programmatic challenges.

3+ yearsβ experience in programmatic media, ideally within an agency or consultancy.
Strong technical expertise in CM360 and DV360 (experience with SA360 and Google Ads is a bonus).
A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical challenges independently.
Excellent client-facing skills, with the confidence to present insights and recommendations.
Highly organised and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced, self-directed environment.
Bonus: Experience with Google Studio, Google Web Designer, or Meta Ads.
