YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a passionate and driven Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator - Affiliates to join our growing Digital team. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for delivering end-to-end digital campaign execution with a focus on affiliate marketing and paid partnerships across global markets.

This is a unique opportunity to own partnerships with high-profile publishers while driving strategies that increase sales performance, brand awareness, customer acquisition, and loyalty. You will have the chance to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where innovation and test-and-learn approaches are encouraged.

Get excited to:

• Develop and implement affiliate and paid partnership strategies across multiple regions.
• Manage global partnerships and agencies (e.g Rakuten) to ensure campaign success.
• Plan, book, and optimise campaigns, ensuring budget efficiency and ROI.
• Analyse, report, and share insights on campaign performance to inform future strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, brand, finance, IT, and eCommerce teams.
• Negotiate and brief partners and publications to deliver campaigns to a high standard.
• Champion a test-and-learn culture, identifying new opportunities to expand the affiliates channel.
• Drive strategic planning for global campaign calendars and partner initiatives.

THE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or similar.
• 1–2 years’ experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on affiliate marketing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in data and analytics tools (e.g Google Analytics) to inform insights and decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships.
• Strong attention to detail, commercial acumen, and problem-solving skills.
• A collaborative, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
