Senior Growth Marketing Manager

Miss Amara is one of the fastest-growing eCommerce brands in the home and lifestyle space, and they're looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to step in and make an immediate impact.
 
 
This is a hands-on growth role for someone who lives and breathes digital marketing. You'll own performance across paid media, growth strategy, campaign execution, analytics, and optimization while working closely with a passionate and fast-moving team.
 
 
If you love scaling brands, testing new ideas, digging into data, and building campaigns that actually perform, this one's worth a look.
 
What you'll be doing
You'll lead and optimise digital growth initiatives across multiple channels and markets, with a strong focus on performance marketing and eCommerce growth.
 
 
 
A few things you'll own:

• Managing and optimising Google Ads and YouTube campaigns alongside agency partners
• Overseeing paid social strategy and performance across Meta platforms
• Monitoring budgets, reporting, campaign performance, ROAS, and ongoing optimisation
• Building and executing seasonal campaigns, promotions, launches, and sales events
• Partnering with the wider marketing and content teams to deliver high-performing campaigns
• Diving into GA4 and eCommerce analytics to uncover insights and opportunities
• Improving SEO performance and helping evolve the brand's search strategy
• Running channel experiments and testing new growth opportunities
• Managing reporting across marketing performance, trends, and customer behaviour
• Staying ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and emerging tools
• Helping drive a high-performance marketing culture across the team

 
 
What they're looking for

• Around 5+ years of digital marketing experience in an eCommerce environment
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Solid understanding of GA4, Shopify, SEO, and marketing analytics
• Someone who's analytical but also creative and commercially minded
• A self-starter who enjoys testing, learning, and moving quickly
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
• Someone who genuinely loves digital marketing and growth strategy
