As a Digital Manager, you will drive digital growth and revenue by identifying opportunities, optimizing channels, and supporting sales initiatives. You’ll bridge business and technical teams, manage key client relationships, and support pre-sales efforts. While primarily focused on APAC, global collaboration may be required.

So, what’s the job?
Manage Partner digital revenue channels, budgets, and performance.
Build strong relationships with Partners and internal teams.
Align digital strategies with client eCommerce goals for ROI-driven solutions.
Identify new revenue opportunities and optimize digital sales channels.
Lead digital projects, UAT, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Manage digital budgets, sales forecasts, and performance analytics.
Support solution selling, digital innovation, and strategic initiatives.
Act as a digital SME, advising stakeholders and leading implementations.
Oversee tracking, reporting, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, GTM, VWO, etc.) for insights.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis for strategic growth.
And what are we looking for?
Proven success in implementing digital growth strategies and achieving revenue targets.
Degree or relevant experience in Online Optimisation, Digital Sales, or Account Management.
Strong understanding of the digital landscape, CRO, and online growth initiatives.
Client-facing experience with project delivery and stakeholder management.
Expertise in eCommerce, web analytics, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
Proficiency with tools like Drupal, Google Analytics, GTM, VWO, and SFMC.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, APIs, and web technologies.
Experience in consumer goods, distribution, travel, or insurance industries.
Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and highly organized
