This is a hands-on management level role. You will be responsible for managing all digital marketing channels, creating high-quality investor-focused content, running lead generation campaigns, managing our CRM, and supporting capital raises through professional, compliant marketing collateral.
You will work closely with C suite executives, investor relations and external service providers, and will play a key role in how Deltine presents itself to investors, partners and the media.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Leadership

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing and social media strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities.
  • Create and maintain a digital content calendar that aligns with brand campaigns and seasonal initiatives.
  • Set performance metrics (KPIs) and prepare regular analytics reports with actionable insights.

 

2. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid digital campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube, etc.).
  • A minimum of 4+ years of paid advertising campaign management experience is required.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust targeting, messaging, and budget allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Build, automate and refine investor funnels from first touch to qualified lead
  • Track performance, optimise conversion rates and report on outcomes

 

3. Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Oversee the company's social media presence across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Develop engaging and visually appealing content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with brand values.
  • Manage posting schedules, audience engagement, and community interactions to build a strong online presence.
  • Collaborate with influencers, brand advocates, and KOLs to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  • Monitor and respond to feedback, comments, and messages to maintain a positive brand reputation.

 

4. CRM & Marketing Automation (GoHighLevel)

  • Own and manage the GoHighLevel CRM system for leads, investors and brokers
  • Build and maintain pipelines, workflows, automations and tagging
  • Manage contact databases, segmentation and campaign logic
  • Ensure clean data, accurate reporting and strong CRM hygiene

 

5. Content Creation & Collateral

  • Create high-quality written content including:
    • Investment brochures and flyers
    • Video editing and image creation
    • Email campaigns and newsletters
    • Social media posts
    • Articles, thought leadership and investor updates
    • Press releases and announcements
  • Design visual content using Canva (and other tools as required)
  • Edit video content (short-form, investor updates, interviews)
  • Intermediate-level video editing skills are required for producing high-quality short-form content, investor updates, and interview materials
  • Ensure content is optimized for engagement, SEO, and conversion across all digital platforms.
  • Provide creative input in conceptualizing digital campaigns and content storytelling.
  • Maintain brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all digital channels.

 

6. Website Management

  • Manage and update the Deltine website (WordPress) adding news, articles, portfolio updates and other content regularly
  • Create and optimise landing pages for capital raises
  • Ensure content is current, compliant and conversion-focused

 

7. Media, PR & Communications

  • Assist with media releases and publicity opportunities
  • Support strategic communications around acquisitions, capital raises and portfolio updates
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and professional presentation across all channels

 

8. Data Analytics & Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing metrics such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
  • Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Identify insights from data to refine targeting, messaging, and channel strategies.
  • Conduct social media and digital audits to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, or any related business field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management, preferably in finance, real estate or investment industries.
  • Strong CRM management experience with GoHighLevel
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on GoHighLevel CRM management experience is required
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, keyword strategy, and social media advertising.
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and creative direction skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of effective marketing, sales, lead generation and prospecting techniques and strategies, investor and financial products
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in investment industry experience creating investment marketing collateral for professional audiences
  • Basic awareness of investment industry regulatory requirements and compliance standards is required for creating appropriate marketing collateral
  • Proficient in Canva, Microsoft Office, WordPress
  • Highly organised, self-directed and accountable

 

Highly Regarded

  • Experience in property, funds management, finance or alternative assets
  • Understanding of wholesale / sophisticated investor marketing
  • Experience working with compliance-sensitive and privacy sensitive content
  • Video content experience (editing & promotion)

 

About the Employer – Deltine High Yield Motel Fund

Deltine Capital is the Investment Manager of the Deltine High Yield Motel Fund, a private Australian commercial property fund investing in high-yield regional accommodation assets.

We specialise in identifying under-the-radar motel assets with strong cash flow, operational upside and long-term institutional exit potential. Our investors include sophisticated and wholesale investors such as family offices, executives, professionals and experienced private investors.

As we scale our portfolio and capital raising activity, we are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & Communications Manager to take ownership of our entire digital marketing and investor communications function.

Applicants who show in their application they have done some research on Deltine Capital and the Motel Fund – and especially those who can suggest some improvements with our website, social pages and meta advertising, will be highly regarded. Prior experience in the finance and investment sectors preferred.
