Digital Marketing Coordinator - 8-month contract

GemLife is seeking a passionate and highly skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our energetic and collaborative team. Based at our Helensvale head office and reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this role will be integral in driving our brand visibility, lead generation and digital performance across various platforms.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident with all things digital, and knows how to turn insights into impact. This is an 8-month Paternity Leave Contract with an immediate start available!

As our Digital Marketing Coordinator you'll be responsible for delivering high-performing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media and automation tools and providing insight-driven recommendations to drive growth and engagement.

You'll bring expertise in Google Ads and Analytics, CRM tools (especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud), WordPress and a passion for creating compelling digital experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Plan, implement and optimise SEO, SEM and social media strategies
• Create, manage and monitor engaging remarketing and brand awareness campaigns
• Build and manage automated customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Analyse digital performance data to improve conversion and user experience
• Manage multiple EDM campaigns and implement email marketing best practices
• Collaborate with design and content teams to roll out integrated campaigns
• Communicate website updates based on customer journey and analytical insights
• Deliver actionable reporting on KPI's, web traffic and marketing ROI
• Manage and update the WordPress website, ensuring content is current, optimised for SEO, and aligned with campaign objectives 

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a digital marketing role
• Demonstrated experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO/SEM and CRM platforms
• Previous experience with marketing automation - Salesforce Marketing Cloud highly desirable
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders across teams
• Strong verbal and written communication
