THE OPPORTUNITY

Fixed-term (2 years) | Full-time

This role will fully own QMT’s social media channels, lead content strategy development, and execute creative campaigns aligned with brand goals. Focussing on audience engagement, data analysis, and storytelling, you will drive ticket sales, increase online traffic, and enhance brand visibility. How you will do it:

  • Own and manage all social media channels (FB, IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Capture, edit, and share engaging video/photo content in real-time at events
  • Develop and implement innovative content strategies and campaigns
  • Write compelling copy for blogs, websites, and EDMs
  • Use analytics to track performance and fine-tune campaigns
  • Support paid digital ad campaigns and track effectiveness
  • Manage website content updates via WordPress
  • Leverage HubSpot for CRM, customer journeys, and segmentation
  • Use AirTable to coordinate projects and deliver on time
  • Provide friendly, on-brand customer communication across platforms

ABOUT YOU

You are a creative storyteller with a sharp eye for detail, a passion for live events, the ability to think strategically and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar
  • 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite & Canva
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills
  • Confident managing social channels and CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress)
  • Excellent customer communication and organisation skills

Bonus points for:

  • HubSpot or email marketing experience
  • Familiarity with paid ad metrics and Google Analytics
  • Background in music, events, tourism, or festivals
  • Experience with AirTable or similar PM tool
