Description

As part of this role, you will be accountable for the following key responsibilities:

  • Devise strategies to drive online website traffic with the purpose of lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Create, implement and optimise digital activity to compliment marketing campaigns, including SEM and PPC strategies (e.g. Google Adwords, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Manager, Reddit).
  • Identify, pilot, and evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies that can improve digital marketing efficiency, output quality, and campaign performance.
  • Act as an internal champion for AI adoption within the marketing team and wider organisation, documenting workflows, sharing learnings, and upskilling colleagues on practical AI applications.
  • Manage all company-owned web properties (ir.com, foreign language microsites and sub-domains), including project development, implementation, maintenance, and enhancements.
  • Manage and implement website improvement strategy to ensure IR has a leading-edge web presence that is engaging and focused on lead generation.
  • Monitor digital performance by analysing and interpreting relevant data and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
  • Stay up to date on new digital tools and technologies and identify how to leverage them within IR to broaden reach and improve performance.
  • Follow digital marketing best practices, policies and procedures such as A/B testing.
  • Champion new ideas and be both proactive and reactive to changes in the digital marketplace.
  • Effective management of online projects, budgets, resources, and timelines.
  • Collaboration with a global Team across different time-zones e.g. US, UK, Singapore


Skills And Experiences
  • Strong experience in web production/project management/a digital management role delivering across B2B or B2C corporate environments.
  • Analytical, data and ROI focused approach to digital marketing.
  • Experience in a broad range of digital initiatives including website/mobile development, UX design, producing wireframes, email marketing, digital display advertising, SEO, GEO/LLMO and SEM.
  • Experience with the technical side of digital, including working knowledge of HTML, CSS, jQuery, tracking codes for analytics to an advanced level.
  • Extensive hands-on knowledge of PPC engineering for major search vendors and up to date with latest algorithmic changes.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to enhance digital marketing performance, including content generation, audience targeting, ad copy optimisation, and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of AI-powered features within existing platforms such as Google's Performance Max, Meta Advantage+, and HubSpot's AI content and predictive lead scoring tools.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering and the ability to design effective prompts to produce useful, on-brand marketing outputs.
  • Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Manager
  • Broad knowledge of social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit) and associated third party applications, including emerging platforms.
  • Relevant degree, ideally Digital Media or Digital Marketing qualified
