ABOUT THE ROLE
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead digital transformation and performance across Hampshire Property Groupβs diverse business units, including Villages, Holidays Australia, Holidays New Zealand, and Communities.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for driving digital growth through strategy, optimisation, and delivery, while also leading and developing a digital marketing team. You will build and manage a scalable digital marketing studio using a hybrid model of onshore, offshore and third-party resources.
Working closely with Marketing Managers and senior stakeholders across the business, you will align digital capability with commercial goals, enhance customer experience, and deliver measurable results across acquisition, conversion, and engagement.
This role sits within our Shared Services departments and is fully remote.
WHAT YOUβLL BE DOING
- Leading and delivering key digital projects, including website redevelopment and digital infrastructure initiatives
- Developing and executing digital marketing strategies in partnership with Business Unit Marketing Managers
- Driving digital performance through UX and UI improvements, conversion rate optimisation, SEO, paid media, and CRM initiatives
- Leading CRM and email marketing automation to improve lead quality, engagement, and customer journeys
- Managing end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives, ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met
- Establishing, scaling, and managing an offshore digital marketing studio, including resourcing, workflows, briefs, and quality outcomes
- Providing clear leadership, direction, and coaching to team members to support performance, development, and engagement
- Coordinating and managing external vendors and third-party partners as required
- Acting as a key liaison with internal stakeholders across business units to identify needs and manage expectations
- Partnering with shared services teams including Marketing, Revenue, and IT to maximise resource efficiency
- Supporting the build and delivery of a high-performing digital marketing function for the Communities business unit
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a collaborative, high-performance marketing culture
WHAT YOUβLL BRING
- Proven experience across digital marketing disciplines including SEO, SEM, CRM, email marketing, social media, and content management systems
- Demonstrated experience as a people leader, with the ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
- Strong project management capability with experience delivering complex digital initiatives
- Experience building, managing, and scaling offshore or hybrid digital teams
- Excellent analytical skills with hands-on experience using GA4, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and digital optimisation tools such as HotJar and Ahrefs
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency with digital tools including Adobe Suite, Canva, and CMS platforms such as Craft CMS and Squarespace
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related discipline
- Significant experience in senior digital marketing or digital leadership roles
- Industry experience within residential property, tourism, leisure, or hospitality is highly regarded
