We are now looking for an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and take the lead in developing and delivering our digital strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity for a digital marketing professional who thrives on variety, innovation, and making an impact. The role spans everything from social media management and content creation to SEO/SEM strategy, website development, campaign optimisation, and digital analytics. Your work will not only enhance our online presence but also drive patient engagement, build brand loyalty, and support business growth across the country.

Working closely with our Chief Marketing Officer, Marketing Team, external agencies, and local practices, you’ll be instrumental in creating seamless digital experiences. Whether it’s supporting a local store with their social media, working with agencies on paid search, or continuously testing and learning from digital campaigns, you’ll have the scope to shape and elevate how we connect with communities.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and building active online communities that reflect our values and vision.

• Lead content management, drive improvements in our website performance and functionality to ensure a smooth, intuitive, and patient-focused digital experience.

• Managing SEO and SEM campaigns to increase visibility, attract new patients, and improve conversions.

• Work collaboratively with the broader marketing team to execute national and local store marketing campaigns

• Partnering with agencies and practices to ensure digital initiatives align with national strategy while also supporting local needs.

• Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on digital performance, using insights to refine strategies and demonstrate impact.

• Keeping on top of digital marketing trends, promote AI adoption, innovations, and best practice – and sharing this knowledge across the team.

About you:

We are looking for someone who combines creativity with strong analytical thinking, and who can move comfortably between strategy and hands-on execution. You will have:

• A degree in Digital Marketing (or related field) and at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role.

• Strong skills in Meta Business Suite, AI and social tools such as Sprout or Hootsuite.

• Proven experience in both SEO and SEM, with a track record of achieving results.

• Creativity in content development, with the ability to craft stories that connect with audiences.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams, agencies, and local practices.
