Job Overview:-

Sodastream is seeking a dynamic digital marketing and social media specialist to help drive our comms platform to the next level. This role will support in the execution of SodaStream brand, product and trade communications in Australia, focussing on the digital and social platforms, to deliver increased brand love and commercial outcomes.

This individual will work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent, high-quality brand communications across channels.

• Integrated campaign delivery & agency management: Manage the planning and execution of brand and product campaigns across paid, earned and owned channels; brief and partner with media, influencer, PR and creative agencies to deliver high‑quality activity on time and on brand.
• Paid media optimisation: Track campaign performance with media agency partners and recommend optimisations using platform and campaign insights.
• Organic social & community management: Plan and manage monthly social content calendars, publish and schedule content, and manage community engagement in line with brand tone and guidelines.
• Influencer activity: Support briefing, execution and review of influencer campaigns in partnership with agencies, contributing to creative concepts and performance evaluation.
• Public relations & media engagement: Support PR execution including writing press releases, identifying product seeding opportunities, and managing relationships with media and PR partners.
• Content development & copywriting: Deliver copy and content across social, website/blogs, creative scripts, and eCommerce channels (including Amazon), ensuring consistency, accuracy and brand alignment.
• Experiential & events support: Assist in the planning and delivery of consumer activations and brand events, providing hands‑on support as required.
• Internal communications support: Assist with internal communications in partnership with HR, supporting employee engagement and key business updates.
• Stakeholder alignment: Collaborate with internal teams (including eCommerce and global HQ) to ensure aligned messaging and consistent brand communications.
• Commercial & process discipline: Raise purchase orders, manage receipting and maintain communications spend tracking in line with finance processes and governance requirements.

• 3–4 years’ experience in Brand Marketing, Communications or Digital Marketing, ideally within FMCG or a consumer brand environment.
• Experience working with PR, media, influencer and creative agencies, including briefing and delivery management.
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills across social, web, eCommerce (including Amazon) and press materials.
• Intermediate proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Photoshop or similar
• Experience with video editing tools (eg: CapCut, Premiere Rush) an advantage  
• Detailed understanding of paid, owned and earned media, with the ability to use performance data to inform optimisation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight timelines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience supporting integrated brand and product campaigns, including launches and always‑on activity.
• Commercially disciplined, with experience managing allocated budgets, POs, invoicing and spend tracking.
• Confident cross‑functional communicator with high attention to detail and a strong focus on brand quality and compliance.
