We are looking for a creative and technically savvy Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team part-time (approx. 20 hours/week).

This role is designed to fit around your schedule, offering genuine flexibility in hours and hybrid work options.

You will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies to increase our online presence, drive traffic to our website and help drive adoption of our platform.

Your role is essential in helping us achieve our business objectives and reach our target audience effectively.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth, tackling exciting challenges like:

  • Driving high-impact paid campaigns: From Google Ads to LinkedIn, you’ll execute and optimise campaigns that connect us with our audience.
  • Crafting engaging email journeys: Design, A/B test, and analyse email campaigns that convert and build loyalty.
  • Boosting platform adoption: You’ll use in-platform messaging to reach relevant audience segments, encouraging increased usage of our key features.
  • Elevating social engagement: Manage and schedule content across our social channels that truly resonates.
  • Optimising our online presence: You’ll be the go-to for website updates, leveraging Webflow to build new landing pages and ensure our site is always performing at its peak with robust SEO.
  • Mastering SEO: Dive into keyword research and optimise content to ensure we’re easily found by those who need us most.
  • Collaborating for success: Work hand-in-hand with our creative team, focusing on execution that delivers real impact.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, or paid performance, with a proven track record of executing and optimising campaigns.
  • Proficiency with core ad platforms: You’re comfortable navigating and managing campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Email Marketing: Demonstrated experience with email marketing platforms, including developing and executing A/B tested campaigns.
  • SEO Savvy: Familiarity with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console, and a good understanding of keyword research and content optimisation.
  • Webflow Experience is a plus: Hands-on experience with web design and development platforms, particularly Webflow, will be highly valued for managing website updates and creating landing pages.
  • A deep love of sport (both local and international) – it’s at the heart of what we do!
  • Strong organisational skills: You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and can manage multiple tasks effectively within a flexible schedule.
