– Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and online marketing strategies

Responsibilities:
– Manage strategic online sales plans and accounts for key clients, including monitoring performance metrics and identifying opportunities for growth,
– Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through effective merchandising, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies
– Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, conducting regular business reviews, and offering solutions to meet their needs
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and product development to ensure alignment on account priorities and objectives
– Seek new channel opportunities through agile experimentation and digital-first thinking
– Category growth and joint business planning with our key accounts
– Create and manager digital trading calendars that optimise product visibility, innovation sell-in, and availability
– ROI-focused campaign execution and performance tracking, in partnership with our digital agency
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
– 2+ years of experience in eCommerce account management or related role
– Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices
– Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot and platforms like Amazon
