The OpportunityEcommerce is a core growth engine for MCA. We’re looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to own and scale our performance across Amazon (1P & 3P) and D2C, driving sustainable revenue, profitability, and brand growth.This is a true ownership role — you’ll lead strategy, execution, and performance across marketplaces, D2C, and performance marketing, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.If you love building and scaling ecommerce businesses, this role will give you real impact and autonomy.What You’ll Do
- Own ecommerce revenue, growth, and contribution margin across Amazon and D2C
- Lead Amazon strategy (1P & 3P), including ads, listings, content, merchandising, and promotions
- Drive D2C growth across acquisition, conversion, AOV, and repeat purchase
- Own performance marketing and media investment across Amazon Ads, paid search, paid social, and retargeting
- Lead the use of growth and top-of-funnel media (e.g. TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Amazon DSP) to drive scalable ecommerce demand
- Lead ecommerce creative and content direction to drive measurable improvements in conversion and media efficiency.
- Lead trading, pricing, promotions, and launch execution
- Use data to optimise ROAS, TACoS, CAC, margins, and inventory outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Leadership
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years’ experience in Ecommerce, Marketplace, or Digital Growth roles
- Proven experience owning Amazon (1P and/or 3P) and/or D2C performance
- Strong commercial mindset — comfortable owning revenue, growth, and profitability
- Hands-on experience with:
- Ecommerce trading & promotions
- Performance marketing & media optimisation
- Conversion optimisation and funnel performance
- Comfortable with tools like:
- Amazon Seller/Vendor Central
- Shopify (or similar)
- GA / dashboards / marketplace reporting
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and decision-making skills
