The opportunity

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and based in Melbourne, this is a pivotal, high impact role where you’ll own and scale our entire eCommerce ecosystem.

You’ll set the strategy and be hands on in execution. Shaping the long term roadmap for online growth while driving daily optimisation across multiple brands and international markets. If you’re someone who loves turning strategy into real commercial results and wants autonomy, influence and pace, this role is for you.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Owning and delivering the eCommerce growth strategy across AU and international websites
  • Owning end-to-end trading performance, including revenue, conversion, AOV, and profitability
  • Planning and executing the digital trading calendar aligned to campaigns, product launches, and key commercial moments
  • Driving customer acquisition and retention through SEO, SEM, paid social, CRM and EDMs
  • Leading CRO and UX initiatives, using data and insights to continuously optimise the customer journey and conversion performance
  • Leveraging data, insights and emerging AI technologies to identify growth opportunities and enhance personalisation and performance
  • Building and executing CRM and lifecycle campaigns to increase LTV and loyalty
  • Managing and optimising the eCommerce tech stack, partnering with developers, agencies and internal teams to deliver enhancements and innovation
  • Leading and developing a high-performing digital team, while managing agency and in-house performance partners
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to align digital strategy and champion a premium, consistent online brand experience

About you

You’re a commercially minded eCommerce leader who’s just as comfortable in strategy mode as you are deep in dashboards and platforms.

You’ll bring:

  • 7+ years’ experience across eCommerce and digital marketing, with demonstrated revenue growth
  • Strong hands‑on capability with Shopify and a deep understanding of eCommerce platforms
  • Proven success across SEO, SEM, paid media and CRM
  • A data‑led mindset, confident with Google Analytics and ad platforms
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail in a fast‑moving environment
  • A passion for beauty, digital‑first retail and ethical consumer brands
