Primary Focus:

You will be responsible for online conversion and driving online sales growth for Coach and Kate Spade in Australia and New Zealand, including Retail, Outlet, and third-party channels. This will be achieved by working collaboratively with the local and regional stakeholders to ensure our website operations and UX/UI produce a strong ROI. 

This is a Full time 12 month contract starting April/May, based at our head office in Alexandria, Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the brand websites (Coach and Kate Spade), monitor site performances and propose and implement improvements. 
  • Monitor the monthly sales demand plans alongside brand and marketing leads, ensuring AOP sales targets are achieved. 
  • Conducting A/B testing and analysing user behavior to identify areas for improvement. 
  • Regularly review competitor websites in terms of product ranges, marketing initiatives, functionality and customer offerings. 
  • Oversee price changes and markdowns for price updates, promotional strategies and sale periods with support from the Product Team. 
  • Manage the maintenance of the marketing and online image library including downloading imagery and digital marketing materials from Brand parent libraries, renaming images, transferring, re-formatting and testing of images for ecomm sites.

Skills and Attributions:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing, Business or related disciplines.  
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant professional marketing/ecommerce experience with a proven track record of driving business growth through a variety of digital marketing strategies and tactics.  
  • Ability to effectively partner cross-functionally within multi-brand teams to capitalise on opportunities, ensure efficiencies and develop and implement initiatives that can drive brand awareness and sales growth.   
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, being flexible in approach to meet the requirements of the business.
  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience is preferred.
