About the role:
As an eCommerce Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our online customer experience and driving commercial outcomes. This role is designed for someone who can balance execution and strategic ownership - partnering with the Digital, Merchandise and Marketing teams to deliver a cohesive online strategy across key categories.
This is a growth-focused role in a team undergoing exciting transformation. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how we trade online, influence digital strategy, and help build a best-in-class eCommerce function. We’re creating clear career pathways and investing in the right structure to support strategic thinking and execution.
What’s involved:
Partner with Merchandise to optimise online performance and customer experience
Identify opportunities to grow online revenue and improve transactability
Provide insights and reporting on category performance
Collaborate with Search, Online Range, and Marketplace teams to align strategy and execution
Support campaign planning and promotional activity with data-driven recommendations
Identify and address online feedback and operational challenges to improve customer experience
Act as a key contact for Merchandising teams seeking support with online execution or troubleshooting
Who we’re looking for:
You will be comfortable working within a fast-paced environment and have a genuine passion for online retailing.
You are an analytical, outcome driven problem solver who is flexible & adaptable in their approach.
You’ll need:
Proven experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or online retail strategy
Strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset
Ability to build trusted relationships across cross-functional teams
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment
Familiarity with tools like SAP Hybris, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and JIRA (preferred)
