Drive Ecommerce Growth for Coach & Kate Spade Across Australia and New Zealand

At Tapestry, we're home to two of the world's most iconic fashion brands, Coach and Kate Spade. We're seeking a commercially minded Ecommerce Specialist to join our Sydney Support Office and play a key role in driving online trading performance, customer experience, and digital growth across our ANZ business. This position supports ecommerce trading, website operations, merchandising and sales performance across Coach and Kate Spade ANZ.

About the Role

Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, ANZ, you'll own the day-to-day trading and website management of the Kate Spade online business while supporting Coach Retail, Outlet and marketplace channels.

You'll work closely with Marketing, CRM, Product, Creative and Customer Service teams to deliver engaging online experiences and drive commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day website trading, content updates and promotional launches.
• Merchandise products and optimise product content to improve conversion and customer experience.
• Monitor sales performance, demand plans and trading results, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Enrich product data by reviewing and updating product descriptions, features, and imagery to meet brand standards and enhance conversion.
• Lead the weekly trade re-forecasting process and present key performance drivers, risks and opportunities in the weekly trade meetings.
• Conduct website QA, UAT testing and promotional audits.
• Partner with inventory, marketing, customer service and global teams to support ecommerce initiatives.
• Coordinate digital assets and website content in line with campaign calendars.

About You

• 2-3 years' experience in Ecommerce, Digital Trading, Online Merchandising or a similar role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and performance data.
• Experience managing ecommerce platforms and website content.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with performance reporting.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar ecommerce platforms will be highly regarded.
