Growth Marketing Manager at Martian Logic - Australian HR SaaS Platform | Full-Time |

 

About the Role

We're a fast-growing Australian HR SaaS platform and we're hiring our first dedicated Growth Marketing Manager. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone who thrives on building systems from scratch. You'll own the full demand generation funnel - from first touch to sales-ready lead - and be the connective tissue between our marketing and business development teams.

 

We already have a strong content engine (weekly podcast, webinars, white papers, social content) and a meaningful paid media budget. What we need now is someone to turn that content into a structured, measurable pipeline.

 

As we grow, we're looking for a hands-on Growth Marketer who lives and breathes experimentation, data, and scalable acquisition. If you love turning insights into campaigns that move the needle on leads, sign-ups, and revenue, this is your chance to own growth in a high-impact environment.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Funnel Strategy & Ownership - design, build and optimise funnels / map full buyer journey through to hand-off with sales / audit and establish updated lead flow metrics.
  • Campaign Management - plan and execute integrated campaigns / manage paid advertising budgets and returns / build and manage nurture sequences to convert leas into sales conversations / align outbound and inbound efforts with sales team.
  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Development - own MQL target and pipeline contribution, develop lead scoring frameworks with sales team / identify and test new acquisition channels appropriate to our ICP
  • Marketing Operations - own and develop the CRM and marketing automation stack / ensure data integrity, attribution tracking and funnel visibility for leadership / brief technical resources on campaign requirements.
  • Content Activation - Re-purpose and distribute existing content for maximum reach and conversion value / coordinate the podcast program / develop content themes and editorial calendars that align with commercial priorities
  • Reporting & Optimisation - provide pipeline and campaign performance reports / run structured A/B testing on all initiatives / present quarterly performance reviews and recommendations

 

Who You Are:

  • 4 - 7 years in B2B SaaS growth or demand generation marketing
  • Proven experience building funnels and nurture flows, not just executing campaigns
  • Hands-on with paid social (LinkedIn especially), marketing automation (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign or similar) and CRM
  • Commercially minded - you think in pipeline and revenue, not just impressions and clicks
  • Comfortable working in a lean team where you'll be both strategist and executor
  • Experience in HR Tech or SMB-focused SaaS is a bonus
