The role

We’re looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to lead and grow Trilogy Care’s digital capability during an exciting period of rapid scale-up. This is a newly created role with two direct reports (Digital Marketing Lead and Campaigns & Marketing Automation Specialist). You’ll be hands-on and data-driven, while providing strategic direction across all digital channels, automation, martech, and performance.

What you’ll do

  • Leading Trilogy Care’s digital marketing strategy to drive qualified lead growth, new client acquisition, and improved ROAS
  • Guiding, coaching, and elevating two direct reports, ensuring best practice while empowering them to own execution
  • Overseeing paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and working alongside the Digital Marketing Lead on budget allocation and optimisation
  • Providing strategic direction for marketing automation, CRM integration, and nurture activity via Klaviyo
  • Driving website and landing page optimisation to improve conversion rates
  • Owning martech strategy and ensuring seamless integration of tools and platforms
  • Reporting on digital performance, insights, and recommendations to the GM Marketing & Brand and executive leadership team

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in leading or managing digital marketing strategy and campaigns at scale
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, with strong data and analytics skills
  • Experience with automation platforms (ideally Klaviyo) and CRM integrations
  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on ROAS, CAC, and conversion improvement
  • Confidence in CRO, campaign optimisation, and digital performance reporting
  • Leadership skills that balance guidance and coaching with respect for existing expertise
  • A growth and innovation mindset suited to a scale-up environment
