As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented aspiring Graphic Designer & Social Media Coordinator to enhance our brand across digital, social media, and print. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of creative design, branding, and social media strategy within a fast-growing professional services firm.
Your Role
As Graphic Designer & Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Graphic & Digital Design
  • Develop and design marketing assets for EDMs, websites, social media, presentations, reports, and print materials.
  • Create visually compelling corporate brochures, event materials, and branded content that align with Andersen’s professional identity.
  • Edit and retouch images and videos for digital and print campaigns.
  • Ensure all branding and design elements are cohesive across client-facing and internal materials.
  • Work closely with marketing and leadership teams to produce high-quality, impactful visuals.
Social Media & Content Management
  • Manage Andersen Australia’s social media presence, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms.
  • Plan, create, and post engaging content, including graphics, short videos, infographics, and industry insights.
  • Track and analyse social media performance, providing regular reports and recommendations.
  • Align content with global brand standards while tailoring it for the Australian market.
  • Stay updated on social media trends to enhance engagement and visibility.
Video Production & Editing
  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop engaging video content including webinars, podcasts, client testimonials, service overviews and event highlights.
  • Ensure all video content aligns with Andersen’s brand identity and messaging.

Print & Brand Materials
  • Design and oversee corporate reports, printed brochures, proposals, and event materials.
  • Ensure high-quality production of annual reports, whitepapers, and corporate presentations.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all printed and digital materials.
About You
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, social media, and digital marketing (experience in professional services, finance, or corporate branding preferred).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Experience in social media content creation & management (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Strong understanding of corporate branding, typography, and design principles.
  • Knowledge of WordPress, Canva, and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot preferred).
  • Experience in video editing and motion graphics.
  • Ability to create high-quality presentations and reports in PowerPoint & Google Slides.
  • Strong copywriting skills for social media captions and marketing content.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
