The Role

The Marketing & Social Coordinator supports the Marketing Manager in executing brand marketing campaigns and social media strategies. This role is responsible for managing content creation, scheduling, engagement, and performance analysis across digital platforms. Additionally, the role involves coordinating marketing assets, product samples, and event activations while ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

1.      Social Media & Content Creation

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop a mix of static, carousel, and video content to maintain a dynamic social presence.
  • Write compelling captions that align with brand tone of voice and engagement strategies.
  • Monitor trends and viral content to create timely and relevant posts.

 

2.      Influencer & Community Engagement

  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors.
  • Coordinate influencer partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign goals.
  • Develop strategies for user-generated content (UGC) to amplify brand reach and authenticity.
  • Track influencer performance and provide reports on engagement, conversions, and ROI.
  • Actively engage with followers through comments, DMs, and interactive content to build community.
  • Oversee gifting programs, including tracking shipments and managing product orders, keeping to budget.

 

3.      Video Editing & Reel/TikTok Production

  • Film and edit high-quality short-form video content, including Reels and TikToks.
  • Use in-app editing tools and professional software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Experiment with creative transitions, text overlays, and trending audio to enhance video storytelling.
  • Manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of fresh and engaging video content.
  • Assist in executing paid social campaigns, ensuring engaging ad creatives and targeted messaging.

 

4.      Product and sample Management

  • Serve as the liaison between Product and Marketing Teams to ensure accurate product information for campaigns and content creation.
  • Maintain detailed records of product samples for shoots and digital content (campaign, e-commerce, flat lay, ghost & social shoots)
  • Organise and manage sample sets for campaigns, ensuring availability and accuracy.
  • Work closely with producers and the Creative Lead to streamline product handling during shoots.

 

5. Campaign & Event Support

  • Support the implementation of marketing activations in standalone stores and concession pads including new store openings.
  • Capture and edit behind-the-scenes content from events, launches, and activations.
  • Create post-event recap videos and highlight reels for social media.
  • Support marketing and PR initiatives with engaging storytelling and content.
  • Day-to-day ad hoc requests for imagery, offers and in store events as well as updating creative for store digital screens. 

 

6. Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Track influencer content performance, social media engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide insights on content performance and optimize strategies based on analytics.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of social media and influencer trends.

 

About You

  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or content role, preferably within retail (fashion).
  • Strong design sensibility and an understanding of visual storytelling.
  • Basic knowledge of social media management tools and paid digital marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to adapt messaging to different channels.
  • A passion for fashion, design, and brand storytelling.
