Job description:
Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, the Performance & Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for the hands-on deployment, measurement, and optimisation of paid advertising activities. This role will lead the paid digital strategy across multiple channels, experiment with innovative approaches, and directly influence ELMO's growth in key markets. The Performance & Growth Marketing Manager will also play a critical part in creating a culture of detailed marketing measurement and return on investment, with a key focus on increasing the efficiency and ROI of paid channels. This position will also support the ABM program across sales and marketing to ensure visibility, engagement, and funnel progression.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Channel Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement paid media strategies to meet brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth goals. You'll manage channel budgets, forecasting, and performance measurement , and own and optimise account structures across platforms like LinkedIn, Programmatic Display, Google Ads, and Bing.
- Optimisation & Experimentation: Build and execute an experimentation roadmap to test and learn across channel mix, new platform adoption, and creative optimisation. You will continuously refine campaigns using data-driven insights to maximise ROI and efficiency.
- ABM & Sales Alignment: Execute paid digital Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives through audience segmentation and targeted advertising. You'll surface behavioural signals and account insights to enable Sales to prioritise and progress high-value accounts , and collaborate with brand, comms, and sales teams to ensure alignment.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyse campaign performance using platform tools and analytics (including GA4). You'll also provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance across campaigns, audiences, and channels.
Skills and Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B demand generation marketing.
- Demonstrated experience driving ROI and revenue outcomes across paid media platforms and ABM activities.
- Strong knowledge of digital ad technologies, including DSPs, ad servers, pixel tracking, ad ops, and attribution.
- Experienced in bid automation, audience segmentation, and performance optimisation strategies.
- Experience with GA4 and other performance tracking tools.
- A problem-solver with a positive attitude, who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail with a data-driven mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- B2B SaaS experience selling into the mid-market and/or ABM experience is favourable.
