About the Role:

This is a newly created, high-impact role for a hands-on PPC & Digital Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes paid media.

You’ll own our paid acquisition channels end-to-end and report directly to the CEO, with one clear mandate: drive profitable growth.

This is not an agency-management role. This is a get-your-hands-dirty, build-and-scale role for someone who wants real ownership and real results.

You’ll work from our Wetherill Park office when required, with flexibility to work from home.

What You’ll Be Doing

Core responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and scale paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Bing, and affiliate channels
  • Own ad strategy, budgets, bidding, targeting, creatives, and optimisation
  • Drive strong ROAS and profitable revenue growth
  • Run structured A/B tests across creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages
  • Brief and collaborate with our in-house designer/video editor
  • Manage and forecast paid media budgets
  • Produce clear, insight-driven performance reporting

Additional exposure (optional, but valued):

  • Assist with SEO initiatives (keyword research, on-page optimisation, content, link building)
  • Support the CEO and leadership team with broader digital growth initiatives

About You

You’re a performance-driven digital marketer who wants ownership, accountability, and the chance to make a real commercial impact.

You don’t just “run ads” — you scale businesses.

You’ll bring:

  • Several years of hands-on experience running paid ads for an e-commerce or retail business
  • Deep, practical expertise in Google Ads and Meta (Bing, TikTok, affiliates = bonus)
  • Proven experience managing meaningful ad budgets
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into action
  • Solid SEO fundamentals (technical SEO knowledge is a plus)
  • The ability to write clear, compelling ad copy
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, results-focused environment
  • Familiarity with tools like Asana, Photoshop, Google Workspace
