At O’Brien, we’re redefining how customers engage with one of Australia’s most trusted brands. We’re seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our end‑to‑end digital strategy across paid, owned and earned channels - driving growth, lead generation and exceptional customer experiences.

This senior role leads the end‑to‑end digital ecosystem, spanning website experience, SEO, SEM, paid digital media including social, content, CRO, marketing automation, analytics and customer experience. It is responsible for shaping a future‑ready digital strategy that embeds AI, LLMs and emerging technologies to drive scalable growth, operational efficiency and commercial impact.

Acting as the digital subject matter expert, the role partners closely with IT, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Belron global teams and agency partners to deliver integrated, data‑led digital solutions across our customer segments.

What you’ll be responsible for

Digital Experience & Optimisation

  • Lead continuous improvement of all O’Brien digital platforms with a mobile‑first, accessible and conversion‑optimised mindset
  • Own the digital roadmap in partnership with the Belron eBusiness team
  • Drive conversion through A/B and multivariate testing SEO Strategy
  • Deliver a full technical, on‑page and off‑page SEO strategy
  • Build structured data and AI‑ready content models
  • Maintain and grow organic search visibility across all O’Brien divisions

Paid Media (SEM, Paid Social & Programmatic)

  • Own and optimise SEM / PPC strategy using ongoing test‑and‑learn frameworks
  • Oversee paid social, retargeting and programmatic activity to drive high‑quality demand
  • Manage agency partners and ensure ROI‑led investment decisions

Content & AI / LLM‑Driven Strategy

  • Develop content that supports customer decision‑making and removes friction across journeys
  • Establish governance, guidelines and workflows for AI‑generated content
  • Partner with IT and Marketing to implement LLM‑powered customer tools (e.g. chat assistants, guided troubleshooting)

Customer Experience & Journeys

  • Map and optimise end‑to‑end digital customer journeys across consumer, insurance and B2B
  • Lead experience design initiatives that reduce effort and increase satisfaction
  • Partner with Operations and IT on booking flow optimisation and digital servicing
  • Play a key leadership role in the Salesforce implementation, translating digital requirements into platform capability and driving adoption, training and change management

Social Media Strategy

  • Develop an integrated social strategy that builds brand trust, preference and advocacy
  • Oversee paid social execution through agency partners

Reporting, Analytics & Insights

  • Lead digital performance reporting including dashboards, attribution, media spend, conversion metrics and forecasting
  • Use analytics, predictive modelling and LLM insights to identify optimisation opportunities and behavioural trends

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in a senior digital marketing leadership role within a complex, multi‑channel environment
  • Deep expertise across SEO, SEM/PPC, paid media, CRO, analytics and CX
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience driving growth, leads and conversion outcomes
  • Hands‑on experience working with AI, LLMs, marketing automation and personalisation technologies
  • Experience partnering with IT and Operations, ideally within enterprise or Salesforce environments
  • Confident stakeholder leader with agency management experience
  • A test‑and‑learn mindset and passion for delivering exceptional digital experiences
