We’re on the lookout for a Social and Email Marketing Coordinator to join our nimbl crew. Someone who’s creatively curious, innovative, has an eye for design, and comes with proven hands-on experience in social media and email marketing. What You’ll Be Doing
Split across nimbl’s own marketing and client campaigns, you’ll be the go-to for social, design and email execution. Your day-to-day could include:
- Creating content assets (static and video) in Canva and other tools
- Shooting and editing photos and videos for nimbl and clients across organic social and paid placements (Meta, TikTok)
- Designing and implementing client email flows — creative, automation and copywriting (Klaviyo experience a bonus)
- Managing email lists, segments and A/B testing subject lines, content and send times to improve performance
- Advising clients on social content direction and creative strategy
- Managing nimbl’s own content calendar and organic social channels
- Creating branded assets for social, EDMs and the website
- Building and scheduling nimbl’s own email campaigns and supporting lead nurturing
- Helping design client-facing pitch decks, presentations and award submissions
- Pitching in on Paid Social, reporting and general campaign tasks when extra hands are needed, helping the team deliver seamlessly
- Monitoring social performance analytics and email metrics to provide insights and suggest improvements
Who We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing coordinator, content or digital role (agency or in-house) — this is not a grad role, hands-on experience is required
- Hands-on experience planning, shooting and creating content for social media
- Confident editing and creating across TikTok, CapCut and Canva, and optimising content for Instagram
- A true digital native, always across social trends and platform updates
- Solid writing skills for social, email and ad copy
- Highly proficient in Canva (or similar tools) to create on-brand visuals
- Proficient in email marketing platforms (must have proven experience managing EDMs as a core skill set)
- Curious about performance marketing, content strategy and how creative + data work together (training provided if this interests you)
- Proactive, organised, and takes initiative — you don’t wait for someone to tell you what to do
- A strong eye for design and detail, with the ability to create polished content that captures attention
- Someone who genuinely enjoys creating content, sharing ideas, and getting sh*t done
