Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and drive traffic to the website.
  • Manage and optimise social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging across platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and insights, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics and prepare reports to inform future marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Assist in the management of email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and A/B testing.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the retail sector.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
  • Proficient in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
