Your Impact
You will lead the eCommerce workstream for our B2B customer portal, driving strategic initiatives that accelerate revenue growth and elevate customer experience at Asahi Beverages. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Customer Portal, you will play a pivotal role in working closely with our Commercial directors and customers to drive the execution and shape and scale our digital ecosystem through data-driven insights, innovative technologies, and commercially focused strategies.
You will sit in the CX Customer Transformation team partnering closely with a dedicated UX Designer and CX Specialist, and collaborating with Digital Delivery teams, you will translate vision into action—delivering seamless, high-performing digital experiences that create measurable business impact and long-term value for our customers and the organisation.
Fixed term contract to November 2027 with possibility for extension based on business needs
