Digital Marketing Specialist

Marshall White is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support the delivery of our broader marketing strategy through the day-to-day management of digital channels, platforms and performance activity.

This is a hands-on role focused on website content, email marketing, lead flow, digital visibility and campaign delivery, with the opportunity to contribute to AI initiatives and digital innovation across the business. 

Key responsibilities include: 

• Managing day-to-day digital activity across website, email and key digital touchpoints. 

• Supporting website content publishing, CMS updates, troubleshooting and optimisation. 

• Building and managing EDM campaigns, including briefing, testing, deployment and reporting. 

• Supporting lead flow, enquiry management and database quality. 

• Working with internal teams and external partners to improve digital performance and conversion. 

• Applying strong knowledge of SEO, AEO, UX and digital best practice. 

• Contributing to the adoption of AI tools and emerging technologies. 

• Managing performance reporting and providing actionable insights. 

About you: 
You bring proven experience in digital marketing across website, email, lead generation and campaign execution, along with strong technical capability across CMS and CRM platforms. You are highly organised, detail-focused and confident working across Figma, digital workflows and performance reporting. Experience in real estate, property marketing or a premium service environment will be highly regarded.
