ECOMMERCE COORDINATOR
Aquila is
growing and we have an exciting opportunity for a full-time permanent role.
Reporting into the eCommerce Manager, this role is responsible for owning
product accuracy, supporting strategic decisions, and making sure what
customers see online reflects the quality of the brand. You’ll work closely
with the eCommerce & Marketing team, as well as the wider business, to
deliver high-quality online experience.
Key
responsibilities:
- Own and manage the
end-to-end product lifecycle across Aquila website and 3rd-party channels,
including product enrichment, QA, and go-live, making sure every product
is accurate, complete and on time – in line with collection launches.
- Ensure best in class
product descriptions to align with our brand tone of voice and SEO
strategy.
- Conduct rigorous
product data QA across all variants, including descriptions, categories,
imagery & pricing – attention to detail and ownership of this is
vital.
- Liaise with in-house
Product & Buying team to establish a weekly delivery schedule and the
timely upload of all products to the website.
- Coordinate regular
checks across all online channels, to ensure Product category pages and
product pages have accurate and up-to-date information, including photography,
pricing, stock availability, descriptions, and metadata.
- Support the eCommerce
Manager with effective trade and content updates across the website.
- Support the eCommerce
Marketing Manager with effective trade and content updates across the
website.
- Brief and work with the
Graphic Design Lead and eCommerce Marketing Specialist to brief and make
sure deliver website content that meets brand and commercial standards.
- ·Support in the maintenance of product categorisation and filtering to
enhance onsite search and customer navigation.
- Assist the eCommerce
Manager with the SEO & content strategy, working closely with our
agency partner.
- Assist the Marketing
team with testing of weekly eDMs – checking links, product availability,
offer accuracy and imagery before every send.
- Develop and maintain
relationships with third-party channel partners, ensuring product data and
content meets their requirements.
- Support the eCommerce Manager
With weekly reporting to review and improve online performance.
- Assist CX Coordinator to ensure we meet the
shipping requirements of our 3rd-party marketplaces
- Assist CX Coordinator to customers
inquiries through email, live chat, and social media promptly
- Assist CX Coordinator in monitoring and responding
to reviews on eCommerce platforms and other product feedback channels.
The ideal
candidate will possess:
Required
Skills
- 2 years’ eCommerce experience,
ideally within the retail sector.
- Exceptional written
communication skills and a high attention to detail.
- You notice things other
miss and take initiative to resolve them.
- Strong organisational
and time management skills.
- A
proactive and can-do attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow in a
team setting.
- Ability to work
autonomously within a collaborative environment, managing multiple
priorities without losing accuracy under pressure
